Pushed to hibernation

What do you do when you feel abandoned by God – When things just seem so unbearable, that you just can’t help but feel mad at Jesus?

Or

What do you do when you feel that you have spent your entire life loving people, and trying to be obedient to the Shepherd’s voice, but all you seem to reap is pain, betrayal and sorrow?

Or

What do you do when you just can’t seem to get any answer to your prayers, even though you spend most of your time on your knees?

Or

What do you do when you are surrounded by unsaved people, and there is no one there to give you a true piece of advice, and all you have to rely on is your own ability to hear God’s voice - ability which seems to fail you again and again, so you always end up used and abused?

Or

What do you do when all you seem to see around you is either from Satan or contaminated by Satan, so badly that you wish you had no eyes, no ears, and in fact, no sense at all?

Or

What do you do when you realize that even “good” people are all about self?

Or

What do you do when you brain feels like it’s going to explode because you just can’t seem to figure out what the heck is the right thing to do, since you tried just about anything; searched the entire Bible and followed anything resembling an example, but yet you can’t seem to get over that obstacle that’s ruining your life?

YOU WAIT!

What are you waiting for?

Well, isn’t that obvious? If you were a bad person, you wouldn’t care about most of the above, would you? Why would you care if there is pain in the world? You’d be inflicting pain like everybody else…

It must be because there is something in you that doesn’t comply with all of the above, and that’s why you are not fitting in. There is something in you that attracts pain and trouble, simply because it doesn’t fit.

So you wait. You wait for that which is in you to reveal itself to you in all its glory, and cleanse you from all of the above, and sanctify you for another purpose – not of this world.

Wait, what have you to lose? You’ve come this far, haven’t you? Believing and holding on to your faith…  Wait a little longer…

I’m going to wait. I know that He will come!
